Cliff Bowden, PE, PMP, CWI, is Chief Operating Officer of Mericka Group. A U.S. Navy veteran, seasoned licensed professional engineer, and licensed general contractor across multiple states, he brings more than two decades of leadership across engineering, project management, and construction—spanning energy, petrochemical, midstream, advanced manufacturing, and industrial sectors—to drive operational excellence and the company's rapid nationwide growth.
Tim Burke
Controller
30+ years’ experience in Accounting and Finance, primarily in the construction, utility, and transportation industries. He earned a BS degree in Accounting & Finance from Central Michigan University and an MBA degree from Florida Atlantic University. Held various positions in Corporate Accounting, Finance, Treasury and Risk Management, serving as CFO for two public and two privately held companies.
